Welcome to Shaq's Beauty Studio! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. General

1.1 Company Information: Shaq's Beauty Studio is a salon business based in the Bahamas, specializing in luxury custom press-on nails, protective hairstyling and wig construction. 

1.2 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Orders and Purchases

2.1 Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Shaq's Beauty Studio. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason.

2.2 Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions, colors, or other content available on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

2.3 Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors or inaccuracies in pricing.

2.4 Payment: Payment for orders must be made at the time of purchase.

  2. Digital Wallets: PayPal

  3. Bank Transfers: Direct bank transfers or wire transfers

2.5 Shipping: Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers.

Disclaimer for Damaged Products

At Shaq's Beauty Studio, we take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every order is delivered in perfect condition. However, we understand that sometimes products can be damaged during shipping and handling.

If you receive a severely damaged package that prohibits wear of the product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at (shaqsbeautystudio@gmail.com) with a description and photo of the damaged package. We will verify the damage and, upon confirmation, provide you with a replica of the damaged set at no additional cost.

Please note the following:

  1. Notification Period: Damage claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for a replacement.

  2. Verification: We require photographic evidence of the damaged product to process your claim. Please include clear images showing the damage when contacting us.

  3. Replacement Only: We do not offer refunds for damaged products. Instead, we will provide a replica of the original set ( or a similarity\once materials are in stock) as a replacement.

  4. Shipping: The replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost. Standard shipping times apply.

  5. Custom Orders: For custom orders, the replacement will match the original specifications as closely as possible. Slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our products.

2.6 Custom Orders: Custom orders are made to your specifications and are non-refundable unless there is a defect in workmanship or materials.

3. Returns and Exchanges

3.1 Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.

3.2 Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the product for a replacement or refund.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Shaq's Beauty Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4.2 Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 Disclaimer: Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

5.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shaq's Beauty Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Bahamas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in The Bahamas to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services.

7. Changes to Terms

Shaq's Beauty Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website.
